We Want You to Love Your Purchase
We want you to be completely happy with your order. While we do not offer free returns, we are here to guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping charges will apply.
Can I Return My Order?
Absolutely! You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:
- All parts and packaging must be intact and in their original condition.
- The product should show only normal signs of handling. Items damaged due to careless handling cannot be accepted.
- Due to hygiene reasons, items such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
- Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If your return meets all conditions, you’ll receive an official acknowledgment within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How to Return Your Order

- Reason for return or exchange
- A photo of the product (if damaged)
- Your first and last name
- Your address
Once your return is approved, our customer service team will send you detailed instructions via email. These instructions will guide you through the entire return process.
Please note that the return address may vary depending on your order.
Important Information About Returns
In some cases, returns may need to be sent to our facilities in Asia (China, Hong Kong, or the Philippines). Please always follow the return instructions provided by our team to ensure a smooth process.
We will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send returns to the sender’s address without confirmation from customer service, as you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Orders are processed automatically, so we cannot stop the shipping process once an order has been placed. Refunds can only be issued after the goods are returned.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@sienna-silk.com with a clear declaration of your intent to cancel. Your request will be processed once we receive the returned goods. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive your items before initiating a return.
To speed up the return process, please send us your shipping confirmation once your return is on the way.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Once your cancellation is processed, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you selected a shipping method other than our standard option).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation request and the returned goods. Your refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original transaction.
